Development of Soles and Lasts
Specialists in the development and production of soles for the footwear industry, we develop customized designs based on trends. We offer the design of soles and their components. We ensure the quality of the process as well as good communication with our customers.
3D Sole Design
We use 3D modeling technology to develop our soles. Flexible or hard prototypes can be produced, in the desired color, using the data obtained from 3D modeling, thus carrying out rapid and precise prototyping.
Product Design and Development Department
The process of creating footwear begins in our Design department where sketches are made of all the elements needed to build a quality product based on the technical specifications that are defined by our product development department, which ensures quality construction and the use of the right materials.
Own collection
Every season, the company presents its own collection at the largest and most varied international fairs in the footwear sector. Such as Expo Riva Schuch, Pitti Uomo, World Fashion Tokyo, etc. This is unique and exclusive to all the clients and markets to be worked with. We believe that this is the right way to provide a better service, in the sense of honesty, in relation to protecting our clients from competitors in the sector.
Process
Our company carries out the entire process of granting the final product desired by the client. From market research, materials research, exclusive development of soles, shapes, product design, modeling, final prototype and production, it is all carried out within the Calçados Tulipa Negra S.A. structure, thus ensuring the best quality of our final product.

Our materials
At Calçados Tulipa Negra S.A. we value all the components of our product, so we pay attention to the material used, mainly leather as the predominant raw material for interior and exterior cutting, and we look for other innovative solutions such as vegan materials (non-animal components) and recycled materials.
We have a dedicated product development department so that we can go further in the search for innovative solutions for the sector and for our customers, participating in international raw materials fairs such as Lineapelle and Futurmoda.
